Each shake is nutritiously complete with 24 essential vitamins and minerals and all the protein, fibre and carbs you need- so you get good nutrition and energy to last the whole day. Directions: 
Mix 33g or 2 heaped tablespoons with 250ml of skim milk. Shake well before drinking. Drink immediately after preparation. Up to 4 milkshakes may be consumed per day. Shakes mixed with water should only be had as a snack.
