C/K This adapter set is required for use on 1997-current C/K trucks which feature threaded fittings on the fuel return feed lines. These threaded fittings are unique to the C/k truck and prevent other adapters from being used. J 42873 is required to properly diagnose the fuel system as well as service of related components.
